(21:18:13) SorceressSwift: It is, but the King of Tarna is willing to pay far more than it's worth

(21:18:35) SorceressSwift: So I'd suggest you return it to him after acquiring the item

(21:32:59) SorceressSwift: While we're not sure if his intentions for stealing it, we do know a man by the name of Ellor is in possession of it, and will pass it to another of Miros' contacts tonight, at the fountain plaza

(21:34:15) Night_the_thief: Night, or this paladin?
(21:34:21) SorceressSwift: We believe that he doesn't know what his contact looks like, so there's a good chance we can get you to take his place and get it from him

(21:34:42) SorceressSwift: This is a cloak and dagger job, and you come in highly recommended

(21:49:11) ***Night_the_thief looks over his shoulder, at a man that appears to be listening to the conversation
(21:49:50) ***SorceressSwift whispers "Is anyone eavesdropping?"
(21:50:54) ***Night_the_thief thinks it best not to tell her, for he might give a better offer, if given an offer
(21:51:35) ***SorceressSwift looks at Night suspiciously
(21:51:48) Night_the_thief: Nobody is, that I have noticed
(21:52:08) SorceressSwift: Ok
(21:52:35) SorceressSwift: Jafar and I will take care of the actual contact
(21:53:01) SorceressSwift: You just do your job, and we'll collect the artefact from you after the trade as been made
(21:53:55) Night_the_thief: verywell...
(21:54:16) ***Night_the_thief gets up from his chair
(22:01:03) SorceressSwift: According to our sources, the contact will arrive in two hours time
(22:01:40) SorceressSwift: We'll dispose of him quietly, and hand you the necessary stuff to pose as him
(22:02:06) SorceressSwift: You'll need his ring to prove that you're sent by Miros to make the exchange
(22:02:51) SorceressSwift: That's really all there is to it
(22:03:07) Night_the_thief: Very good.
(22:03:15) SorceressSwift: It should be a simple affair, but be prepared for the unexpected
(22:03:35) SorceressSwift: We'll watch over you tonight to make sure that your safety isn't compromised

(22:08:40) Dungeon_Mistress: the eavesdropper slips away unnoticed
(22:08:46) ***Night_the_thief thinking of what rewards he might give, for the artifact, and imagining larger, and a larger amounts of gold, as he thought of it
(22:08:47) ***Jafar whispers "He'll have to do. Lets hope for the best"
(22:09:08) SorceressSwift: *whispers* I don't have a good feeling about this
(22:09:52) Jafar: *whispers* Is it Night? Or something else?
(22:09:54) ***Night_the_thief decides to look in the area he first saw the eavesdropper, in hopes of finding clues to his identity
(22:10:27) Dungeon_Mistress: You find a small, crumpled note on the floor
(22:10:54) ***Night_the_thief picks up note
(22:11:01) ***Night_the_thief starts to read it
(22:11:16) Dungeon_Mistress: it says to meet him in an hour's time outside the desert, and to come alone
(22:12:08) ***Night_the_thief oddly, he worries about who he might be dealing with, more than he thinks of the gold he might recieve
(22:12:21) ***Night_the_thief hides the note in his pocket
(22:14:42) SorceressSwift: I'll be in my room, Jafar
(22:14:53) SorceressSwift: Wake me up if you need anything
(22:14:55) Jafar: Okay
(22:15:09) SorceressSwift: See you in an hour and a half
(22:15:20) ***Night_the_thief sneaks off, into the desert
(22:15:24) ***SorceressSwift heads off to her rented room to sleep

(22:20:06) eavesdropper: What matters more is that you do your job

(22:23:26) ***Night_the_thief searches Swift's room, in hopes of finding the gold, so he can leave, since he would rather have the gold safely in his hand, than risking his life for it

(22:25:02) Night_the_thief: Yes...
(22:25:18) Night_the_thief: I thought I had heard some up here, and came to investigate...

(22:29:57) Jafar: Just thinking over the plan

(22:30:51) ***Night_the_thief thinks of a possible way of making some gain, without taking too great a risk
(22:31:37) SorceressSwift: It's about time to meet with that contact. Let's go wait outside to ambush him

(22:33:13) ***Jafar stands up and heads out
(22:33:21) SorceressSwift: (jafar, wanna be the contact as well?)

(22:36:45) ***SorceressSwift heads out of raasier, and waits outside while invisible

(22:38:20) ***Night_the_thief follows Jafar, remaining unoticed

(22:39:12) ***SorceressSwift summons water elemental, then casts blizzard at contact. Water elemental attacks contact

(22:39:54) ***contact brandishes his sword and starts defending himself against the water elemental
(22:40:09) ***Jafar slashes the contact
(22:40:24) ***contact is injured
(22:42:14) ***Jafar attacks the contact again, trying to knock him out
(22:42:33) ***contact is knocked out
(22:42:44) SorceressSwift: Was that too easy?
(22:43:12) SorceressSwift: I'd expect a smart man like Miros to send someone more capable of defending himself
(22:43:25) Jafar: Hmm...
(22:43:46) Jafar: Let's just get this over with
(22:43:54) SorceressSwift: Anyway, let's get him out if these clothes
(22:44:10) SorceressSwift: Ermm... Would you rather undress him?

(22:55:47) ***Jafar sees Night
(22:55:53) Jafar: There he is, come on
(22:57:58) ***Jafar waves Night over
(22:58:21) ***Night_the_thief walks over to Jafar
(22:58:51) SorceressSwift: What have you been up to?
(23:00:08) ***SorceressSwift notices that Night is panting
(23:01:04) Night_the_thief: Just been excersising
(23:01:32) Night_the_thief: If you don't excersise, you become slow
(23:02:10) ***Night_the_thief looks at Swift uncertainly, worryed that she noticed him before, while he was following them
(23:02:14) SorceressSwift: Ok...
(23:03:04) SorceressSwift: Here are the travel documents, clothes and the ring that you need to wear for tonight's meeting
(23:03:36) Jafar: You remember the plan, right?
(23:03:48) SorceressSwift: Study those documents well, for you may be asked questions that only the true contact will know
(23:04:02) Night_the_thief: Yes
(23:04:14) Night_the_thief: I will
(23:04:18) SorceressSwift: Good
(23:04:33) SorceressSwift: We'll meet again in five hours
(23:05:01) SorceressSwift: I'll be right next to you when you meet, but none of you will see me since I'll be invisible throughout the meeting

(23:06:43) Jafar: *whispers* Yeah, something's up.
(23:06:46) SorceressSwift: He's not telling us something
(23:07:05) SorceressSwift: Should we proceed with the plan, or use plan B?
(23:08:03) ***Night_the_thief studies ring, and tries to estimat it's worth
(23:08:07) Jafar: Let's proceed, but keep ready for the other plan

(23:08:30) SorceressSwift: I'll be having lunch now

(22:23:51) Jafar: Stuff happened....Do we need a recap? ;p

(22:25:57) ***Jafar *wills* the scroll to take a shape, and it forms into a hand
(22:26:04) ***SorceressSwift gasps
(22:26:07) Jafar: Hey, it worked!
(22:28:04) ***Jafar moves the "hand" around
(22:28:49) Jafar: Okay, I think I'm getting the hang of this...
(22:29:08) ***Jafar shakes the hand, then let's it return to it's normal shape
(22:29:28) SorceressSwift: That was impressive, but how does that help exactly?
(22:30:29) SorceressSwift: Don't we need to find a way to return Jafar to normal?

(23:02:26) Rajah: HOW did you manage to foul up such a simple thing!!??
(23:02:41) SorceressSwift: We were ambushed by one of Miros' agents
(23:03:12) SorceressSwift: Somehow, he knew about the plan
(23:03:57) Rajah: Perhaps your thief, that YOU chose to hire, was the reason?
(23:04:16) ***Rajah starts to become SLIGHTLY angered
(23:05:07) SorceressSwift: Perhaps, or perhaps not. Night did prevent the agent from getting the artifact
(23:05:29) SorceressSwift: And it's because of Night that we now have the artifact in our possession
(23:05:53) SorceressSwift: We can still salvage what's left
(23:06:10) Rajah: Then you have brought Jafar to me, to take the place of the artifact?
(23:06:25) SorceressSwift: Even as we speak, Kreesha's working on a way to try and restore the artifact
(23:07:31) SorceressSwift: Rest assured that you will get back the artifact, Your Majesty
(23:07:52) Rajah: I had better...
(23:08:03) ***Rajah glares at Swift
(23:08:10) ***Jafar holds back a gulp

Chapter 6

(Outside the palace)

<Swift> What are we going to do? Oh dear
<Jafar> He was angrier then I expected
<Swift> That went on just 'beautifully', didn't it?
<Jafar> Does it ever annoy you? People like him who are always "lion" around giving orders and expecting us to get whatever he wants, whenever he wants?

* Swift notices that jafar's skin is slowly fading to green

<Swift> Uh-oh... Jafar, the illusion spell's fading. Run!
<Jafar> Ack!

* Swift runs to Kreesha's place
* Jafar rushes to Kreesha's home
* Swift arrives, panting

<Jafar> I look like a vegetable... I am TIRED of this green thing
<Zara> Swift, jaf-

* Zara looks at jafar

<Zara> what happened to you?
<Jafar> ....

* Jafar blushes a dark green

<Jafar> Long story
<Zara> nevermind then, i have something urgent to tell you
<Swift> what is it, zara?
<Zara> as i was telling Kreesha, Erasmus has been poisoned. Both of you are needed in Spielburg immediately
<Jafar> He's been what!?
<Swift> What?! This cannot be...
<Zara> I'm afraid it is. That's not all. He was guarding an important talisman, which was stolen from him. We need you to recover it back for us
<Swift> But how? Jafar can't walk around like this. He'll attract unwanted attention attention
<Zara> Hmm... good point. Kreesha, have you discovered anything about Jafar's greeness?
<Kreesha> Well, it may become permanent... ***sifts through scrolls
<Jafar> It what!? There has to be something I can do!
<Zara> Perhaps, but it's too difficult to say. I know nohting about your condition in the first place

* Jafar 's green glow suddenly gets brighter...

<Swift> Jafar! You're glowing!
<Zara> What the?!
<Jafar> I think I feel something... It's....ugh...

* Jafar feels the energy inside him moving

<DungeonMistress> Suddenly, Jafar is envoloped in a blinding green light, which fills the entire room for a seconds. when at last the flash disappears, jafar is standing there, no longer green

* Jafar collapses
* Zara rushes to Jafar

<Jafar> I just feel a little weaker at the moment

* Swift picks up a strange-looking object lying next to jafar

<Swift> What's this? It wasn't here before
<Jafar> Is that... The Artifact?
<Zara> Indeed

* Zara takes it from Swift and examines it

<Zara> I assume this was causing your greeness? How did you get it out of you?
<Jafar> I'm not sure. I think...it reacted to how I needed it lose it's power...
<Zara> Intriguing
<Swift> Well, that's great! Now we can return that cursed object to the king and be done with it!
<Zara> Not so fast. The thief is still out there, and if word gets out that it's been returned to the Rajah, he will surely try to steal it again, and would very likely succeed again. It's better if you leave it with Kreesha. The thief won't suspect her to have it, and Kreesha has magical defenses against thieves

* Zara opens a portal
* Zara passes the artifact to Kreesha

<Jafar> Alright, sounds like a plan
<Zara> Kreesha, can you keep this artifact till they return?

* Jafar stands up

<Zara> Kreesha and myself will send some agents to track your missing thief friend, and try to rescue him

* Kreesha nods head
* Swift smirks "Thief friend", she mutters.

<Zara> Now please follow me through the portal

* Swift enters the portal
* Jafar follows
