To repeat Reish, of course it looks like Morrowind, in much the same way that Half-Life 2 looked a lot like Half-Life, except with better graphics. Do you REALLY expect Bethesda Softworks to turn the Elder Scrolls from a Medieval-Style Fantasy to some kind of Sci-Fi FPS?

I think Will means that he didn't like Morrowind and Oblivion looks like they haven't really upgraded the game concept, just the graphics and AI.

Yes, and what we're saying is that that isn't true, especially in the case of the battle system.

I can't play it. Period. And I meet the "minimum" requirements. The frame-rate is unplayable.

What were you expecting? The minimum requirements for any game made by Bethsoft is always ridiculously liberal. You need at least 1024 RAM, a pretty good video card (My computer has a $170 American one, it works great), and a fairly good processor.

Ah well, as a Serbian friend told me in reference to this: "We can't all be American..."

What? Are you telling me the fighting is now determined by say... game play as opposed to the computer rolling dice? This I have to see.

I haven't actually played the game yet, but from what I see the combat more closely resembles the good versions of combat from QfG, plus free movement.
