Not sure about getting around to playing it... but I plan to buy it. Tongue

I'm honestly more interested in the AI( among other things ) than the graphics though. And the books... Wabbajack, Wabbajack, Wabbajack.

Most bases have consoles here and there.  My friend Ryan is back from Iraq and the whole time he was there he was able to play everything from MGS3: Snake Eater to Digital Devil Saga.  I don't know that you'll have an X-Box, but it's not pointless to hope =)

Send a letter home asking for an XBOX and Oblivion in one of those Troop Support packages.

My computer doesn't have the power to play it and I can't afford an Xbox 360.  :'(

If you could afford a 360, you should just use that money to upgrade your machine =P

ya, i dont know whether or not im going to want to expose my 360 to the elements over there, the thing heats up enough as is.  as for my laptop, that's quite a bit more investement, and im not so sure it's a good idea to take that thing over there either.  i guess it depends on where i get stationed.  generally speaking though, heat+sand arent too healthy for electronics.

I personally am waiting for the first waves of feedback on this game.  I played Morrowind religiously for 3 months, and then the editor for about another 3.
I would like to buy it on the fly, but funds are tight and I just wanna make sure I'll be on this epic quest for a good amount of time.

Of course it would look like Morrowind.  It's an Elder Scrolls game, so all the races and character designs would be very similar from past games.  But if you've had one single look at elements inside the game, especially the combat system, you'd see how different it is.
