Once the full game is available, you will have to download it. It's free. For now, you can try downloading the demos to see what the game is like.

Not again. Looks like the website's down for good. I guess you'll just have to wait for the full game.

Sierra felt that they couldn't make a staggering profit out of the qfg games. Half-life sold way more copies than qfg 5 did, I think.

thanks the link works but when i go to play them its jst some lady. and i downloaded the waterfall demo its pretty good. I have a couple questions.

Can you leave the screen?

Can you equip weapons?

Will there be voices?

Will the graffix get any better?

And finally...When do you expect this to be finished.

You can't leave the screen in the waterfall demo. Only the forest demo allows you to explore other places.

I think you can equip your character with a weapon, but it's been a while since I last played that demo, so I can't remember.

There won't be any voices.

Graphics will be improved on.

Nobody knows when the game will be released.

Maybe I'm just being dumb, but which Demo is it that everyone keeps refering to as the "Alpha" release? I haven't seen any that clame to be an Alpha release. The Forest Demo seems to be the only one even remotely close to being an Alpha release, but it still has very limited functionality, considering it's being called Alpha.

Also, Why doesn't anyone update the "Progress" page on the old site? It's been over a year and I should hope that some progress has been made in every catagory there.

This Alpha is strictly for team members only. (Tongue) It won't be released to the public as a lot of testing has to be done first internally before we can proceed to the beta stage.

... and progress link is on the old site, not the new one... we are no longer updating the old site.

Speaking of which, didn't I give an update in the news section a week ago???  Here's the link if you need it: http://visitors.hero6.com

Are you going to be having Beta-Tester signups, or is it going to be just the members?
