Tell us what you liked and didn't like, how they can be improved, and what you hope to see for next year's anniversary.

My favorite part was probably the H6B contest. Although I missed most of the chat, it looks like it went quite well. The new emoticons are awesome, and the article on how Hero6 was started was a fun read; I'd love to see a complete history on the project someday, after the game is finished.

In closing, I'd like to say: Wallpaper? What wallpaper? blink

They're being moved to a new location. As soon as I find out exactly where they were moved to, I'll fix the links. Thanks.

Meanwhile, if you haven't seen the wallpaper, here's a copy.

The chat was probably the best. It was good to reconnect with the devlopment team and learn that we are, indeed, very close to releasing the final game (relatively speaking). As for the others, I liked them quite a bit, though I wish Wikpedia could have gone more indepth on the site. I guess they'll update after the game's released.

I suppose I have to give credit to the chat. There was some good questions asked and some good answers given.

<Corsair> Whoa, whoa, whoa.
<Corsair> All this time just to get to 1/3 of the way?
<bigryan> we're farther than 1/3
<Erasmus> lol, it's not as bad as you think
<Erasmus> the first 1/3 is completely programmed.
<bigryan> if members pushed, we could have it done fairly quickly
<Corsair> The number 2 and 3 thirds?
<Erasmus> We have probably 90% of the artwork completed for the rest of the game, we just need the 10% to be done before it can be implemented
<Erasmus> All of the music is done
<daemious> the first 1/3 of the game represents more than 70% of the total effort

Now that sounds pretty promising!

Q: When will it be released?

And not at all inaccurate. The game is virtually almost done, really.

All that's left is a ton of annoying details and minor corrections... ugh...

Our test versions of the game look awesome. I think it'll be a great game.

Four years, then. But I've been waiting for QFG6 for 6 years. And isn't that what this is, in spirit if not in name?

Yeah, the chat was easily the best part, getting that much needed update on the project's status and finding out how much the members had learned from the process.

And in other news: 1000 posts, huzzah!

Well, when'd I join?

[Edit] Okay, so I've been waiting since about 01. 00. Somewhere in there. Quite a while. I highly anticipate it's completion. I offer my services, should they be required. Cheesy

Well i wouldn't say it are details. I hate to lie towards the visitors over and over again Smiley

There is still quite a lot of work left to be done, but rest assured it will be completed some day

Virtually Almost...Your ability at reassurance is lacking, I'm afraid, Ianfe.
