I suggest we adopt AGDI's policy of "You have to register to post". Sure, it's an annoyance for lurkers, but it will certainly make this guy's attempts to spam a lot more difficult for him.

I have mod'd over several boards and found that this does discourage people from spamming.

Won't it spoil it for the visitors who doesn't want to register?

Quite a few people are so terrified of the net they won't even give their e-mail address for registering purposes.
