Katrina all the way, for me. I mean, seriously. How many bad guys can say that they managed to get the Hero fall in love with them, managed to manipulate the Hero into a geas that forces him to do her bidding, etc. The only flaw in her plan was that she fell in love with him, too.

Definetely Avoozl. Attempted to spread darkness over the entire land. A cult of crazies? Lots of bad guy power. Sounds worse than what Ad Avis was doing in Rasier. Baba Yaga was just mad about a couple of things and liked to keep to herself. (As the hero you did survive being in her clutches serveral times) I didnt think Katrina was too bad until I found out she made the kid into a vampire. Still, not as bad as Avoozl's history.
