Not everyone here has played NWN in the first place, and wouldn't know what's going on if we did a continuation.  Maybe next time.

Or, we could do it in the NWN world, AKA Faerun. I just don't want to have to deal with "Lady Aribeth De Tylmarande" again. I hate that woman.

Yeah, villains are supposed to be powerful, but that has nothing to do with it, you're just not good at playing them.  You know, now that I think about RPing and have played more, I ammend my position... It's not so much what you are playing as, but how you do it.

Aribeth was hot.

Point taken. But I haven't played as a Villain in a while, and, to be honest, I did Kadis extremely poorly. I had intended to have a really cool backstory behind him, and he was SUPPOSED to be less of a brute and more of an evil mastermind. But I botched it.

Personally, I'd like to continue the plot of Talisman Trouble.
I think it would be more of a spinoff then a continuation.

*To the people who voted for "Other" but didn't specify what exactly, you should provide an example or an idea you have in mind, and not leave me to guess what that is.

Well no-one voted for another MRPS so I guess that means I'm off the hook.

We could also do a QFG/SQ crossover.

I've never played NWN, and I can never be sure when I'll have the opportunity to purchase it. It sounds cool though

Easily, Jafar.

A: We (The Talisman Trouble Characters, along with a few additions, since Dmitri and Kadis are dead) are teleported like, 1500 years into the future, into Vohaul's Ship. We have to get to Vohaul, defeat him, get the plans for the Star O' Ubahr Death, and escape before the Self-destruct goes off. Then, we have to get a Time-Travel-Teleporter and take us back to whenever QFG is.

Or..

B: Roger Wilco and Vohaul are both sent back in time, to different parts of Glorianna, where they must have their final confrontation...with us by their side.

I'm going to abstain from voting because I don't know if I'll be arround to play Sad

I agree with Striker that following the NWN plot won't be the best idea. For one thing it would be long if we did everything (espetialy dungeons) in it's entirety.  It also has alot of fighting in it and I'm not sure how long it'll be able to stay "fresh" and engaging.  Also, several people already know the story line which makes it kinda unfair.
You could use Faerun, but from what I saw Morrowind has a beter developed world (granted I haven't bother buying Faerun books).
The story we started the other night with our Talisman characters in the Underdark was pretty neat.  I wouldn't mind seeing it better developed.
I also think a futuristic (SQ) game might be neat.  Particularly since one of the characters was a janitor and that appeals to my sense of humour.

Wow, yeah, Elder Scrolls (Morrowind) could be pretty awesome... it's fantasy but largely unique from Tolkien and DnD-esque worlds.  After immersing myself in that game, I became pretty well versed in its lore.

A Space Quest one would allow for an even greater range of imagination, given the fact you can come up with almost any weird alien race you wanted.

Hmm...Elder Scrolls sounds interesting. I'm gonna put up some hyperlinks to Elder Scrolls info. Maps and races and the ilk. 56k Warning: This will take a LONG time to load for you.

The History of Elder Scrolls: Events of the Games

Elder Scrolls Races & Map (Note: Click on various locations of the map. Certain ones are homelands of the different races.)

Elder Scrolls Armors

Elder Scrolls Weaponry

Elder Scrolls Alchemical items and food

And, finally, for information on the Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, and the upcoming Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion,

I'm not familiar Morrowind as I've never played the game, so I won't be able to spin a story from that setting. This is something that either LB or Striker can consider doing if they ever take over as DM at some point.

As for the points regarding NWN that LB mentioned, I'm inclined to agree with him, which is why I recommended that the story be altered to fit the QFG theme. So there'll be puzzle-solving, character interaction, and very likely a different villain, so that it'll be 'fresh', in that sense. Also, it's very likely that I'll only be using Chapter 1's setting. Having all four chapters would take far too long to wrap up.
