Actually, my band (Not concert. Think crazy hard rock band) did a cover/arrangement of this piece.
If I'm correct, it's from the canteena in SQ1. Otherwise it's in SQ4.
But I'm positive it's in SQ1.

Lots of 'Quest' Games, you're using here, lassie. This'n be King's Quest 6, says I, but I cannot remember where it plays. I distincly remember it from that particular game, and how annoyed I was with the music. I remember not thinking it fit the place... Hm. Well, it'll probably come to me at 2 in the morning, and I'll hollar 'Eureka!' at the top of my lungs. Parents will be upset. Names will be called. It is an unfortunate inevitability. My guess is KQ 6. |

I'm gonna agree with Kailkay and tack on (if I'm thinking straight tonight) that it plays on the Isle of the Crown outside the palace... EDIT: Wow. I'm just a lil' too slow |

Coming from a stage-band bred point of view, there's nothing wrong with too much bass.
I have a subwoofer turned way up on my stereo actually. That's why my pieces seem so empty all over the net and stuff; Nobody else seems to have a good, decent sub coming with their stereo systems that will make the bass as heavy and wonderful on their systems. They get treble. Hmm.

I think Klk's right. It's most likely Secret of Monkey Island, the circus scene with those twins. It's definitely not Escape or Curse of Monkey Island.
