Yeah. I had to work Hand to Hand up so I could get a reasonable job, as a cop. 2700 something a day.

Very cool. I started as a hacker, then became an Architect (most money a Junior can make). Now I'm a Pilot.

That, and I've begun building my own shops and villa with the money I've saved in my bank account.

Another level up!

(voice from nowhere): You now have the abillity to sense danger.

Woot!

If I ever feel too down or over-inflated, all I have to do is remember one of two things: to the right of me, in some dimension, I am a king; to the left of me, in another dimension, I am a hanged man.

Well, in the UK, Combat is enabled in Hackney. So if you wanted to, you can go beat up on someone there. Or you can go to an arena and challenge someone (like in QFG5). I think the one here is in Bromley for local stuff. Or you can find some quests to do, and there might be some NPCs for you to beat up on. Don't ask me where they are: we're not allowed to say or else it's cheating.

The again, by admitting that you're a police officer, you've admitted you're Idealist (only Idealist allignment can become actual police officers), so going up and killing someone might be bad roleplaying. If I were you, I'd go to a dojo and train in a non-lethal combat style first, like Tai-Chi.

Go to the forums and challenge someone there. There's a whole topic on it.

This is a beta version, so not everything they entended to have is there yet. That and you probably weren't on any of the big quests (like the whole XF-5 incident: see the newspaper).

Look under Furniture/Literature/Equipment. The stuff under that will either boost or train the cooresponding skill/abillity (the Flight Simulator, for example, trains Piloting skill and Determination). If it just has an abillity for it (look under hobbies), then you can use it to train that abillity only. If it has a skill under it, though, you need to have 50+ points in the listed skill to use the item.

And you need a place to train. You have to drop stuff in order to use it, and that's why people want to have houses and stuff. You can use a monument or exhibition ground if you can't find anything else. If you want, though, you can go into the forums under Land Value and just ask people for rooms. I got, like, 5 offers when I asked.
