Do you still need artists?

Is the Hero 6 team still looking for artists, and if so, is this the style you're looking for. Me and my brother/dad have been playing the QFG series sense the early years of Win32 and having to launch the game with Dos.
This is just two I felt like putting up, the bum is a quick sketch I just did.
The other is the main character from "Shadow of the Colossus" but is unfinished.

The team is looking for background and sprite artists, but it doesn't hurt to submit an application form.

I've never done either of those really, so I don't know how much of a help I would be then.
What exactally does submitting an application mean by the way?
