Title: Competition Post by: Pwincess on January 10, 2005, 09:57:18 PM At the moment, we have the current ranking system for Hero6 posters:
0 - Wanderer 5 - Petty Adventurer 50 - Adventurer 100 - Petty Knight 250 - Knight 500 - Hero 1000 - Superhero 2500 - Famous Adventurer 10000 - Legendary Adventurer We're thinking about including a new rank at 5000 posts. So post in this thread post as many appropriate rank titles for 5000 posts as you can think off. The prize: absolutely nothing, other than the glory of knowing that your idea was chosen ;) Title: Competition Post by: Ignus_Draconus on January 10, 2005, 10:28:21 PM Hmm...how about
beloved hero lord's champion King's knight Edit: I know! Person with too much time on their hands who spent it all posting here Title: Competition Post by: Jafar on January 10, 2005, 10:41:34 PM Champion?

Title: Competition Post by: Swift on January 17, 2005, 08:03:11 AM Noble Swashbuckler?
Valiant Vanquisher? Brave Protector? Guardian? Heroic Defender? Daredevil Gallant Warrior? Conqueror? Title: Competition Post by: ndcent168 on January 17, 2005, 09:17:47 AM Is really necessary to have a new title at 10,000?
Even you, Pwincess, only under 2200 as I write this and you've been here FOREVER! Can you even imagine writing more than FOUR TIMES what you currently have there? Why not just change the 10k label into a 5k label and assume that larger will not be needed? Or even better, make LA the 5k label and make "GOD" a 10k label. Title: Competition Post by: Swift on January 17, 2005, 09:44:36 AM Because it's more fun this way, getting a chance to contribute ideas for a rank that's more achievable then to have the Powers-that-be pick one for us, and it gives some of us an excuse to post. *cough*
Title: Competition Post by: Pwincess on January 17, 2005, 11:27:22 AM Swift, you took the words out of my mouth ;)
Title: Competition Post by: Jafar on January 18, 2005, 03:51:10 AM Quote Or even better, make LA the 5k label and make "GOD" a 10k label. No one needs an ego boost *that* big. :P Title: Competition Post by: pyro on January 18, 2005, 05:54:24 AM Worshiped Hero/Adventurer,

Title: Competition Post by: Pwincess on January 22, 2005, 07:30:57 AM Is WOW worth the monthy fees? How is the ping/lag?
Everybody I've spoken to has said that WOW is amazing! Title: Competition Post by: Corsair5 on January 22, 2005, 07:52:50 AM My bro swears by it..kinda. He loves it. And the lag on most servers isn't HORRIBLE, just make sure you have at least 512 megabytes of RAM.
Title: Competition Post by: pyro on January 22, 2005, 08:34:09 PM Its good at making time dissapear, you don't really notice the monthly fees and if you pick a server with low to medium population you won't notice much lag, it plays just fine on my machine with 384 megs of ram.
Title: Competition Post by: Pwincess on January 22, 2005, 09:50:37 PM That always happens to me when I play AOE and NWNs ^_^
Edit: The competition is now over and the following was decided: 5000: Legendary Adventurer 7500: Endless Wanderer 10000: Ultimate Post Hog :winktongue: I'd like to thank everybody for their suggestions, and can't wait to see who will become hero6's Ultimate Post Hog!
