If they update the software to be compatible with newer OSs(like XP), then yes. Otherwise, no(so I won't be voting).

Despite the fact that I like the series, it wouldn't be fair to Sierra/Vivendi, or it's customers if they were released in their current state. It would mean low sells for Sierra, and flustration for the average customer(which, probably, would mean a great deal of calls to tech support, though they would recieve little/no help).

IMHO

I agree completely with you, LN.

It would also provide Sierra an opportunity to fix bugs, such as Error 52 in QFG 4

Slight problem. SIERRA is Dead. VI Shut them down.

Not a problem, actually. VU can still release those games as they still own the series, and publish them under Sierra's name. That's what they did with Half-Life 2.

I don't think QFG could be continued. Now, before you vehemently flame me for defiling the name of the Holy Four...(Five dudn't count"), let me explain.

The series was over. The Hero was at least as powerful as, say, Rakeesh or Erana or any of the powerful characters. I mean, he had saved the world TWICE in one career, he was the king of probably one of the wealthiest kingdoms in existance, and he was married. Probably. So, he can't exactly go gallivanting over the countryside, what with the Wife and the kingdom. Personally, I think they should bring in a whole new character. Not a new series, but a new character. Continue with the whole general thing, you know, puns, general humor, fighting, and then cut off the general tedium of the jokes with something deadly serious, like almost the whole of QfG4.

Uh, the poll says RERELEASE. Not make a sequel.

QFG4 was a bit more silly then serious, IMO.

Yeah, according to the Coles, if a QFG 6 had been made, it would have been a new hero-wannabe and the original Hero would have retired.

If they made a QFG6, it'd have to have Horses. Because Horses are awesome, even better than the Saurii.
