After the mention of riddles in the joke topic, I decided to borrow this game from the Sierra forums.
The rules are simple.
Somebody makes a riddle (Preferably adventure game related, specify which series.)
Everyone else tries to guess the riddle. Whoever guesses right makes the next riddle.

Lets begin.

KQ Riddle:

Near the end of your quest
I'll be blocking the way
It may not be the best
If you decide to pay.
If you have nothing, or an empty head
I shall be forced to take you instead!

Who am I?

The giant rat from the caverns, guarding the Leprachaun (?) village. Leprochaun.

LITTLE IRISH DOODLEHEADS. There.

Because that's what Leprochauns are.

Doodleheads of the Irish nationality.

I can't spell it either. I just call them "those green dudes". Anyway, you got it right KLK. Your turn to make a riddle.
(I thought it was pretty easy. By the way, only one guess per post. Nobody tried to do that, but its a rule, so...)

I only made one guess. Hmm, now I have to think of a riddle... And it has to be good.

QFG:

We take pride in making drinks
Strong enough to kill small animals.
If drinking's not your thing,
Don't worry one bit.
Though our water doesn't look pure.
Best take a hit of spirits.

Where are we/Who are we...?

I think I kn-, no, I know what the answer is, but I think I'll let someone else guess.

I would assume that would be dwarves and acording to what I remember there are dwarves or at least one in QFG 5
so yeah that's what I answer : o

I always thought the name was somewhere along the lines of "Ace N Spades", but I can't remember.

I think it was called "Ace N Eights".

Heh I was thinking of the amilitildo in the monestery of qfg4 that almost killed me!!

But you guys seem to be talking about dragons breeth or perhaps something else from qfg2 it's been so long since I played it im off to play qfg2.

Actually, I was talking about the Blue Parrot Inn and the Djinn Slings they serve there.

That's right. It's the Blue Parrot Inn. Good job, Jafar. (Small Animals = dead, hanging-upside down parrot... Yea.)

Becasue the bestest best game in the series was QFG2.

Day of the Tentacle?

The only LA games I played were Monkey Island. I still haven't finished Grim Fandango.

I remember when I first saw the Chron-O-John (I was about 12) I giggled so badly that I had tears in my eyes (same effect as listening to Jafar's end-game tune)  ;)

Here's a question, how do you get the following death message from QG5?

Hero be nimble, Hero be bad
Hero jumps over the edge of the pad
Hero be falling,  Hero lands quick
Hero be flat as the side of a brick

I'm not sure where that message can be found but it sounds like you get it only if the hero fails to land safely while jumping across.

not quite. I'm  fairly sure that  there's no accidental way to get the message. but it does involve stupid ways to die and heights.

After seeing the riddle craze, I decided to bring this back for your riddleing pleasure. There used to be a adventure game restriction, but you can go ahead and put in whatever riddles. Knock yourselves out.

This thing all things devours:
