The hero can die from picking his nose in that manner if his pick lock skills are too low. Else, he can actually improve on his picking lock skills. Pretty weird, if you ask me.

Once, someone was playing QFG2, and saw one Jackalman heading towards him. When the actual fight started, there was ALOT more. He ended up getting killed. Poor guy.
