Kinda, but she can't control them.  

She absorbed some of Wolverine's regenerative capability in the first movie, after he stabs her accidentally. But I don't think she can steal minds, just powers or life force, i.e., what keeps you conscious and alive.

but of course that doesn't mean they can't have bacteria on them... in fact, like most things they probably do have bacteria on them.  I once saw a video of this fungi which would catch and "eat" bacteria (think venus fly trap).  It was weird.  probably the only time I ever felt sorry for a bacteria.  I got over it pretty quickly.

But you can't digest bacteria, so you can't eat it.

You chew on vegetables, but you don't really digest them (the fibre at least). Does that mean that you don't eat vegetables?

the fungi digested the bacteria externaly.  it had these whip like things which wrapped around the bacteria and excreted an enzyme into it

Vegetables are made of fibre mainly, and that can't be digested at all. In fact, it forms the bulk of your waste product. Agar can't be digested either. So, according to your definition, you don't eat vegetables or agar.

But you go through the digestion process with vegetable matter. You don't with bacteria.

You actually digest vegetable matter. You don't digest bacteria. Thus, you don't eat bacteria.

You don't digest most of vegetables, and you don't digest agar at all. Yet you actually do consume those two. Hence your reasoning is flawed for why you don't eat bacteria.

Because bacteria rarely even goes all the way down the digestive tract..most of the bacteria in feces is accumulated as the stuff goes down. How the heck did we get on this subject?

Yeah. Let's get off the subject, even if I started it.

If the bacteria doesn't go down the digestive tract, how does it wind up getting into your waste product as you suggest in your post? If you study biology, you'd realise that all that is consumed must go through the stomach first, before getting to the small intestines, and then those that don't get digested gets through the large intestine and out of your system.

The mouth is one of the main entry points into your body for bacteria. It doesn't all get excreted in your crap.

We're having a debate on fungi and vegetables. Anyone who voted they were sane on this poll was gravely mistaken. :rolleyes:

You said that the bacteria ends up in the feces. For that to happen, it needs to get through the digestive tract first.

Partially. Sometimes, it goes through cuts, your nose, your ears, buttocks...

that probably only accounts for very little of the total bacteria quantinty in the body. besides, not all bacteria spawn outside the body.
