Er..No, sorry. I can't use MS Paint to downsize it, and that's about the only thing I have that might do the trick.

html code for resizing pics:

<img src="name.gif" height=X width=Y> where X and Y are pixel dimensions.

Let me try to resize it with fireworks if the code doesn't work.

Just resizing with html does not actually resize the image, and it will still be the same amount of kb as before html resize.

There are trial versions of paint shop pro that include animation shop. You would probably have no problem downloading it since you appear to have no problems downloading your sig.
